Do's & Don'ts:
Before you cleanse your face,you first need to find a cleanser
that is best for your skin type.
Do's

Eat healthy balanced meals. Great skin starts from the inside.

Drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated.

Be consistent, wash your face twice everyday.

Exercise often. It has been proven that physically fit people feel better about themselves.

Use products that work well with your skin type.

Always wear sunscreen. Dermatologists recommend at a minimum, an SPF 15 moisturizer.

Get a good night sleep. Researchers suggest at least 8 hours of sleep a day.

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water making sure all traces of cleanser have been washed off.
Don'ts

PICK at your pimples. This can cause irritation and leave scarring..

Use Body soaps to cleanse your face. Deodorant soaps are to harsh for
your face.

Over wash your face. To much cleansing can dry it out.

Stress Out, it cause you to have a breakout.

Late Night Partying.Partying will not allow you to get your 8 hours of sleep.

Smoke.This action can also lead to health problems and is known to cause wrinkles.

Drink Alcohol.It is not only addictive but also dehydrates the body and skin.
